Sunnah Of Sleeping : Reciting 3 Quls

After having cleaned the bed from dust (dusted the bed), our beloved nabi Muhammad (saw) would cup his hands together and blow over them after reciting surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas and then rub his hands over whatever parts of his body he was able to rub, starting with his head, face and front of his body. He used to do that three times,
seeking for Allah’s protection from Shaithan and from all other disturbances, then will sleep on his right side face to Qiblah.
