What Is Sunnah?

Sunnah means the Islamic traditions. Sunnah Nabi Muhammad SollaLlahu alaihi wa aalihi Sallam means the traditions of prophet Muhammad SollaLlahu alaihi wa aalihi sallam, his behavior, character, words, actions, permissions, prohibitions, decrees, methods etc…which established as Islamic traditions for the Muslims to accept and follow.

Hence sunnah, (in Arabic language : “habitual practice”) also spelled Sunna, the body of traditional social and legal custom and practice of the Islamic community. Along with the Qurʾān (the holy book of Islam) and Hadith (recorded sayings of the Prophet Muhammad), al-Quran and Hadith are the origin of Islam, the source of Sharīʿah, or Islamic law.

ALLAH has send to this world more than 124 thousands of prophets to guide the mankind accordingly. Allah swt has send to every nation prophets, the first is Prophet Adam (a) and the final is Prophet Muhammad (saw).

Allah swt appointed Prophet Muhammad (saw) as final prophet with complete and perfect message, revealed to him the noble al-Qur’an which is the completed form of 124 thousands of prophets given messages in a completed and perfected way of life -Islam.

Islam is the perfect way of life given to the entire mankind by the Creator. In light of what has been happening currently in this world, dare need to return to the traditions of the final prophet of the Creator to get salvation. Unfortunately the world tend to forget the methods (traditions) of Allah’s prophets were appointed to every corner of the world. Certainly the prophets traditions are the best ways to curb the growth of the pandemic crisis now.

Therefore, i feel compelled to stat another blog all about sunnah life and laws of our beloved prophet Muhammad (saw), so that we can learn the perfect way to live a healthy and prosperous life towards Allah Azza Wa Jalla, through his teachings, his judgement, his practices and to follow his straight path towards Allah swt.
