After having read all the Thasbeeh, Thahmeed, Thakbeer, Thahleel, Solawat and all necessary supplications to protect us from Fithnah, Musibah and the disturbances of Shaithan. Finally before closing our eyes and submitting ourselve to a restful night : recite the shahadah.
Shahadah is our declaration, we have two Kalimah Shahadah to declare.
Meaning of Shahadah is : i bear witness that there is no god trustworthy to be worshiped except Allah and I bear witness that Nabi Muhammad is the final Messenger of Allah.
Dear Allah we beg You to accept our sleep as our ibadah to please You.
Dear Allah we beg you to prolong our life with sihat wal aafiyyah within Your Redha
Dear Allah if Your Qadha for us to die during our sleep we beg You for a death of a Muslim who only deserves Your jannah ……as our final destination when death claims us during our sleep.
Ameen Ameen Ameen Ya Allah.
